I've been the biggest fan of debloat for the longest time (I'm talking about YEARS) and it always helps me whenever I feel bloated. Beyond that, it also helps soothe my stomach whenever it gets a little uncomfy (because of bloatedness, or just general pain). I recently got my mum hooked onto debloat as well, so it's definitely a mainstay in my family's supplement tray.

This is my go-to after a dinner with friends or family and I’ve eaten too much good food and feel bloated on the way home. I pop two of this after dinner and by the time o reach home and get ready for bed, my stomach has already eased and doesn’t make me uncomfortable before going to bed. Love it!

doesn't help with the bloat but it just give some relief post heavy meals
