Literally life changing

I’ve been taking this for almost a year now and have seen a real difference! My periods are a lot more regular and PMS symptoms are less severe. I recommend this to my friends all the time. Only suggestion I have is to make the sachets easier to tear

Have always been looking for these

As someone who is a vegetarian, I have always been looking for a Vegan Omega and other supplements to be taken together! Thankfully after watching may videos and reading reviews, I have taken the step to buy this product and I really do not regret it at all!

Hated omega in the past due to the fishy taste, but this has none of it! Over time (30 days), i see improvement in mood (less antsy) and clarity and firmness on skin

Skeptic

I pooped a lot in my first two weeks of taking this product haha. I was anticipating my period's ugly symptoms be gone within the first month in taking Happy Hormones, but nope. The mood swings, fog in the head etc still exists just as bad, only difference is that there wasn't any cramps, and instead of dragging along for 7 days, I see my menstruation clearing up just within 4 days. Not sure if I'm hallucinating, but I think my hair has grown thicker as well? All in all, I think it's still worth experimenting further...

Worth a try for PCOS

I started taking this because of PCOS, mainly for irregular periods and acne, and it was also recommended by my dermatologist to support my skin. I’ve been using it for around 3 months now. My cycle seems more regular, and my skin is more stable compared to before.

The changes weren’t immediate, and I think it needs time(as stated in product description). Overall, I’d say it’s quite effective so far, and I plan to keep taking it for at least 6 months to see how it goes.
