by consuming happy hormone for about 3 months already..by 1st month consuming it(birthday cake flavour),it do regulate my menses to regular pattern because i have irregular menses since my teenage time eventhough i dont have any pcos problem.i notice that beside from regulating my menses,i dont have any period cramp during menses either heavy menses like before i started consuming happy hormone.That is why i continue consuming it daily consistently.I consume it together with Healthy V and Tab Magnesium 1/1 daily.
