I normally get bloated and get acid reflux but after taking Debloat and MetaBoost, it removes all unnecessary gas and reduces any "heavy" food coma feeling. I wouldn't say taking MetaBoost would totally cut out all my food cravings but it does help to cut down the cravings and the tendencies to overeat.
