Highly recommended product , I already grabed before someones takes that pack

I’ve been taking Happy Hormones for a few months now, and it has made a remarkable difference in regulating my cycle. Where I used to experience frequent delays, my periods now start like clockwork. My flow has also improved and is no longer as scanty as before.

The lemon flavour is pretty versatile and delicious - you can mix it in any tea (black, green, etc), or drink, cannot go wrong. Only annoying thing is that I can't just rip the sachet open easily and would have to use scissors to cut it open every time. I dunno why and how, but it also clumps in the sachet after some time.. All that aside, love it though.

I have hormonal imbalances and recently diagnosed with PCOS - and im also a gerd/gastric patient, alongside with other health issues. Took happy hormones thinking it would help me but i had to stop due to bloating, stomach pains, headache and dizziness. Proceed with caution if this is the first time you’re consuming inositol, it might not be right dosage to start with.
